Further to our conversation just now. My name is Alasdair Bavister and I'm a Membership Services Administrator (MSA) for OurWatch, the national Neighbourhood Watch organisation and also a member of the executive of the Association of Dorset Watches (ADW).

We're contacting all the registered Neighbourhood Watch Main Coordinators in Dorset by phone, to find out how things are, and to confirm that they and their schemes are active.

You confirmed that you are active as Main Coordinator of Lowther Gardens / Holdenhurst Road Neighbourhood Watch. 

There is also another NW registered as Lowther Gardens. 

You're aware of this scheme and know the people in it. It appears to be a duplication and doesn't have anyone registered as Main Coordinator, which implies it may not be very active. There's also one member who you don't want to have contact with. I can tell you they signed up in 2018 and haven't logged in since.

I suggested you ask the people you know in Lowther Gardens scheme to cancel their membership and join Lowther Gardens / Holdenhurst Road. It would be good if you can get one of these people to register themselves as Deputy Coordinator or even swap roles if you wanted to 

I suggested that you set up a WhatsApp group named Lowther Gardens / Holdenhurst Road NW. You can then ask those you want to join it and you have a simple way of communicating between yourselves, should you need to.
